Qualifications

5+ years of progressively responsible full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Recruiting experience within financial services industries including insurance, asset management, banking, investments, or related fields.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Extensive experience sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill professional, technical, analytical, and leadership roles.
Strong consultation, negotiation, and influencing skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume requisition portfolio across multiple functions and levels (20-30+ openings).
Own end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiation, onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities.
Drive efficient hiring processes while maintaining a positive candidate experience and SLAs.
Develop talent pipelines and conduct market research to inform strategy.
Provide stakeholders with recruiting metrics, updates, and market insights.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
