Job summary

New York Life in New York, NY seeks a Technology Analyst to join the HR Technology and Employee Experience portfolio, partnering with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver HR tech solutions across SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP, CPI, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role involves collaborating with product teams, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional deliverables.

You will support planning, roadmaps, data-driven HR insights, and enterprise integrations

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with testing (SIT/UAT) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security in HR tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, business, product, and tech teams to analyze processes.
• Document requirements, create user stories and test cases.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP/CPI deployments and integrations.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery lifecycle.
