Job summary

Children's National Hospital in Silver Spring, MD seeks an HR Shared Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for PeopleSoft HR module transactional issues and maintain data accuracy. You will monitor transactions, generate reports, and guide staff to ensure a positive customer experience.

Under limited supervision, you will collaborate with Payroll and HR Shared Services, create dashboards, and identify process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy in HR data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years related HRIS experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Independent research and response to technical questions.
• Ability to create dashboards and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve HR Shared Services transactional issues.
• Monitor HR Shared Services inbox and maintain service level agreements.
• Audit HRIS data accuracy and report results.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Shared Services to fix data integrity issues.
• Create dashboards to organize data and support management decisions.
