Job summary

Temple Health, a network of hospitals and physician practices, seeks an HRIS Specialist to manage daily data entry of employment information into the PeopleSoft HCM system and maintain accurate employee records. This role ensures compliance with defined standards and supports HR operations across Temple Health.

The position also processes enrollments/remissions, generates routine reports for HR, and delivers frontline service via the HR Call Center to assist employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 years in a related HR function required.
• Professional in Human Resources preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily input of all employment related information into the PeopleSoft HCM system.
• Employment file retention and upkeep in accordance with TUHS standards.
• Processing of due enrollments and remissions and distribution of routine and specialized reports for PS HCM.
• Customer service through the HR Call Center.
