Job summary

UF Health is seeking an HR Data Specialist to maintain employee data in PeopleSoft HCM, ensuring data integrity and supporting HR operations across the organization. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant records and timely reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, enterprise HRIS experience, and a commitment to confidentiality and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS.
• Experience maintaining employee data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Process HR transactions related to hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, terminations, and organizational updates.
• Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and downstream processes through accurate data management.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and department leaders to ensure accurate employee information.
