Job summary

Children’s National Hospital is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to be the primary contact for PeopleSoft HR module issues. You will monitor queues, audit HRIS data, and guide a team to deliver fast, accurate service.

You will collaborate with Payroll and HR Shared Services, help resolve data integrity issues, and contribute to process improvements using reports and dashboards. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years related HRIS experience.
• Experience with HR shared services and PeopleSoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for PeopleSoft HR module issues and guidance.
• Monitor HR Shared Services inbox and ensure SLAs are met.
• Audit HRIS data accuracy and resolve data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR Shared Services to fix problems.
• Work with Cerner on HR Shared Services concerns.
• Lead and mentor staff; support process improvements and reporting.
