Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA is seeking an HRIS Director to provide strategic leadership and governance of HR information systems, including UKG Pro, Kronos, and related platforms. This role drives data integrity, analytics, payroll governance, and digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead an HRIS team and coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors to align technology with business needs and multi-state airport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, IT, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro / Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of HR systems (UKG Pro / Kronos and related platforms).
• Oversee release management, upgrades, testing, and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, controls, and validation processes.
• Lead vendor management and third‑party system relationships.
• Lead system governance, controls, and compliance standards.
• Provide executive reporting and workforce insights to senior leadership.
