Saratoga Hospital is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage the Human Resources Information System and related technologies. You will ensure data integrity, configure workflows, and support HR operations with reporting and analytics.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IS, and Finance to optimize processes, perform upgrades, and deliver insights for decision-making. A strong BI and HRIS background is essential.

Competenze

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HRIS, HR analysis, or reporting.
• Experience with UKG Pro software and BI reporting tools preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer HRIS and related systems, ensuring data integrity and access controls.
• Configure system settings, workflows, and security roles; manage upgrades.
• Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards; support analytics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and optimize HR processes.
• Assist with data audits, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
