Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking an HRIS professional to oversee and maintain internal HR information systems, collaborating with leadership to identify improvements and ensure data integrity across HRIS and databases.

The role includes documenting processes, providing technical support, managing access and system operations, and developing reports for executives and HR staff. You will work with payroll and other stakeholders to enhance HR services.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and maintains optimal function of HRIS systems.
• Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to HRIS and databases.
• Documents processes and results while providing technical support and guidance to HR employees; maintain HRIS system tables.
• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and system operations for HR services users; maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
• Writes, maintains and supports reports or queries using reporting tools; assembles complex data reports for executives and HR staff.
• Leads/manages HR Analyst to ensure compliance and internal customer service is met.
• Provides support for HRIS including researching and resolving problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions.
• Identifies risk and recommends process changes to improve HR service delivery.
• Acts as liaison with third parties and stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
• Develops project plans and monitors HRIS initiatives; may provide overall project management for HR initiatives.
• Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation; trains clients on new processes and functionality.
• Maintains awareness of HRIS trends and continuously increases HR knowledge and HRIS tools knowledge.
