This role bridges business and technology by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering scalable system solutions. You will drive cross-system integrations and data analytics with HR, IT, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise apps, workflow platforms or HR tech.
• Able to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
• Understanding of design, automation, integrations and data concepts.
• Experience with enterprise apps and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with HR and stakeholders and translate to effective technical solutions.
• Analyze and optimize processes through system enhancements and automation.
• Support design, configuration, testing, deployment of HR apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support operations and decisions.
• Participate in UAT, release management, and documentation.
• Explore AI, automation, and digital tech to improve efficiency and UX.
• Bridge English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across regions.
