Job summary

Delta Defense, LLC in West Bend, Wisconsin seeks a Manager, People Operations to lead HRIS, payroll & benefits, and people analytics. This hands-on leader coaches two early-career teammates, ensures accurate pay, trusted data, scalable processes, and compliance across a multi-state footprint.

You will partner with Talent & People Partnerships, manage vendors and HR systems, and deliver a data-driven roadmap that enables the business while upholding Delta's culture of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; certification is a plus.
• 5-8+ years in HR operations, people systems, payroll/benefits, or total rewards.
• Hands-on knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems and people data/reporting, multi-state payroll.
• Solid grasp of employment and pay compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS / People Analytics and Payroll & Benefits teams; set goals and priorities.
• Coach two early-career team members and build team capability.
• Own accurate payroll and benefits administration across multi-state footprint.
• Develop scalable HR processes and maintain data integrity for reporting.
