Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead, govern, and manage our HR technology ecosystem across Canada and the U.S. You will own Dayforce HCM administration, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement, ensuring data integrity and compliant processes.

You will supervise a team, drive the HR analytics roadmap, and coordinate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. The role requires 7+ years in HR technology with Dayforce expertise, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR technology or HRIS roles.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations or major enhancements.
• Strong Dayforce experience and HR/payroll domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems (Dayforce HCM, HRIS, payroll interfaces).
• Lead end-to-end Dayforce HCM implementation: gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, support.
