Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a senior HRIS/Payroll leader to orchestrate HR technology, payroll, and integration projects across a multi-state workforce. You will set strategic roadmaps for HR systems, ensure compliant payroll processing, and partner with Finance and Legal to support audits and M&A activity.

The role requires Dayforce expertise, strong Excel skills, and a track record of delivering scalable HR solutions in mid-to-large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of Dayforce experience including Dayforce Payroll.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Experience leading HRIS and payroll functions.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, charts/graphs).
• Experience with M&A HR integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Support Services function, including HRIS, Payroll, HR Integration, and HR project delivery.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for HR systems and service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess capabilities and future HR requirements.
• Provide strategic direction for Dayforce and HR systems (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting).
• Oversee system enhancements, data integrity, user support, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for HR data and systems.
• Oversee payroll processing for a multi-state workforce and ensure tax compliance.
• Partner with Finance to support audits, reporting, and payroll accounting.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead HR integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop and manage integration plans for HR systems and payroll transitions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to transition acquired entities into core systems.
• Manage and develop HRIS and Payroll teams.
• Performs other duties as required.
