Job summary

ProFrac Services is seeking a senior HR technology leader to oversee HRIS, payroll, and integration initiatives across a multi-state workforce. You will drive strategy, governance, and program delivery for Dayforce and related systems, aligning HR tech with business goals and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years Dayforce experience including Dayforce Payroll.
• 5+ years experience in HRIS field.
• Leading HRIS and payroll functions in mid-to-large org.
• Experience with personal computer applications.
• Strong background in M&A HR integration.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Charts & Graphs).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Support Services: HRIS, Payroll, HR Integration, and HR project delivery.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for HR systems and service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on future HR capabilities and requirements.
• Provide strategic direction for Dayforce and HR modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting).
• Oversee system enhancements, data integrity, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and HR data regulations.
• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Partner with Finance for audits, reporting, and payroll accounting.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce risk.
• Lead HR integration for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations for smooth transitions.
