Standex International is seeking a Principal HRIS Analyst to serve as the senior SME for HRIS, primarily Dayforce, driving strategic administration, configuration, and continuous improvement across global operations. You will oversee system governance, data integrity, reporting, and analytics while partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to optimize processes and employee experience.

The role demands hands-on Dayforce administration, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to mentor the HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IT, CS, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HRIS experience including system administration, configuration, reporting and project leadership.
• Hands-on Dayforce experience and strong knowledge of HR technology platforms and data governance.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, integrations, or large-scale enhancement projects.
• Advanced reporting and analytics experience with dashboards and data visualization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as lead functional and technical expert for HR technology platforms and advise on best practices.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute HR technology roadmaps aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with HR teams on projects, gather requirements, test, and support feature implementations.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
• Lead HRIS governance, security, change management, and data stewardship.
