Job summary

Dudek is hiring a seasoned HRIS Leader (HR Technology) to drive the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology stack, with primary focus on Dayforce HCM. You will collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll to ensure seamless system integrations and data governance, while guiding a team of HRIS professionals and managing vendor partnerships.

Location is remote within the United States, with core hours aligning to Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related roles.
• Experience with Dayforce or comparable enterprise HCM platforms.
• Experience leading complex system implementations, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, system security, and controls.
• Able to work Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads HRIS strategy and platform leadership for Dayforce HCM and related ecosystems.
• Maintains HRIS roadmap aligned with HR priorities and technology initiatives.
• Drives integration architecture and data governance across HR, ERP, and financial systems.
• Oversees HR technology operations, support, and governance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Leads HRIS team and vendors, ensuring effective governance and project delivery.
