Job summary
Confluent Health, LLC in the United States seeks an HR Technology Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, Power BI, and related HR technologies. You will troubleshoot complex issues, support reporting and analytics, and drive process improvements to enhance data accuracy and user experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with analytical thinking and the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver system enhancements
Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) as core platforms.
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience configuring and supporting HR technology systems, reporting, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, and related workforce technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex system, process, and data issues; manage enhancements and corrections.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and Excel.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leaders to drive workforce technology initiatives.
- Document processes, deliver production deployments, and promote data governance.
