Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to guide workforce technology, data, and processes. You will support UKG Pro, WFM, and reporting via Power BI, leading improvements, configurations, and analytics to enhance data accuracy and user experience.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, problem solving, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to drive system transformations and governance.

Qualifications

Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM and integrations.
3+ years supporting HR tech, HRIS, workforce management, payroll, or related systems.
Experience with system implementations, troubleshooting, reporting and issue resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas and lookups.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, and related workforce technology solutions.
Manage, prioritize, investigate, troubleshoot, test, and resolve complex system/data issues from stakeholders.
Identify improvements, support full-suite processes, and deploy system enhancements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and related tools.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leaders to support workforce technology initiatives.
