Job summary

The City of Fort Collins is replacing core systems for Finance, HR, Payroll, and Budget with a new enterprise platform, and the HRIS Coordinator will maintain employee records and pay changes during the transition. This three-year limited-term role involves processing and verifying pay and status updates, keeping records accurate, and addressing employee questions with discretion.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience/education.
• Three years of experience in HR data management, payroll or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and process employee status and pay changes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Finance teams on adjustments and data reconciliation.
• Assist managers and employees with inquiries on status, pay and policy questions.
