Job summary

Nefab USA is seeking a People and Culture Operations Coordinator to own HRIS data integrity and streamline HR processes. You will bridge HR and Payroll, ensuring the HRIS supports reporting, audits, and system updates.

The role focuses on configuring workflows, generating analytics, and delivering training while contributing to a broader HRIS implementation and ongoing system improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS data integrity, payroll or timekeeping systems.
• Ability to generate routine and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Strong data management, auditing, and reporting skills.
• Comfort creating SOPs and training HR staff on systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR and Payroll teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and modify HRIS workflows, security, and business processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR functions.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.
• Create system documentation and knowledge base content.
• Provide training sessions for HR staff and system users.
• Assist with audits and reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams.
