Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HRIS experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with UKG Pro, Paylocity, Deltek Vision, and iCIMS to support compliant HR data management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with UKG Pro is preferred.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, configuration, and improvement of HRIS systems and related processes.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports (unemployment notices, hearings).
• Design training for HRIS and document data processing procedures.
• Generate ad-hoc reports combining data from multiple systems (Excel).
• Collaborate with IT on tests, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
