Responsibilities

  • Support HR and benefits processes for clients and work site employees.
  • Administer FMLA/LOA, unemployment claims, and FLSA compliance.
  • Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and eligibility information.
  • Handle new hire processing, pre-employment screening, and HRIS onboarding.
  • Respond to unemployment claims and participate in hearings.
  • Assist with HRIS maintenance, training clients and employees on HRIS features.
  • Collaborate on process automation and HRIS enhancements.
