Job summary

HCF is seeking a Corporate Payroll & HRIS Specialist to support payroll operations and HRIS administration across multiple facilities. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee data, and provide reporting, troubleshooting, and customer service to managers and employees.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and wage-and-hour laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for assigned facilities and employee groups.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and pay inquiries.
• Assist with payroll balancing, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Support maintenance of HRIS and workforce management modules.
