Job summary

T1 Energy is hiring an HR Systems & Integrations Analyst to own our people technology infrastructure, starting with HRIS and benefits integration and expanding into broader digital systems and automation work as the company scales. You will sit at the intersection of HR, technology, and operations, fluent in all three.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and BenHub is required.
• Experience managing 834 EDI benefit carrier file feeds.
• SQL or Python skills for data validation and light automation.
• Background in benefits administration or HR technology at a growing company.
• Proven ability to work with UKG technical consultants to open cases and drive changes.
• Experience with eligibility reconciliation across HRIS and carrier systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own UKG Pro and BenHub as the internal technical experts; hard requirement.
• Liaise with UKG integration consultants, open cases, manage tickets end to end.
• Manage 834 EDI feeds with carriers, monitor transmissions, and coordinate corrections.
• Reconcile eligibility across UKG Pro, BenHub, and carriers to avoid coverage gaps.
• Process new hires, terminations, life events, and enrollment changes accurately.
• Expand system setups for new entities and benefit plans as the company grows.
• Identify automation opportunities and support dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Evaluate and onboard software vendors, focusing on integrations and data mapping.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams to reduce manual data entry.
