Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation seeks an experienced HRIS Administrator to manage UKG Pro and related HR technology across multiple locations. You will ensure data integrity, security, reporting, and process automation for HR, payroll, benefits, and talent systems.

This role collaborates with HR, finance, and operations, leads system upgrades and mergers integrations, and develops dashboards and training materials. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HRIS experience required; knowledge of Power BI and

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' progressive HRIS administration experience; UKG Pro preferred.
• Experience with HR payroll, benefits, and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for HRIS, payroll, benefits, and related systems.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and data governance standards.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports for leadership across locations.
• Lead HR technology implementations and integrations, including mergers and acquisitions.
