Job summary

Park Lawn is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to oversee UKG Pro and related systems across our multi-location funeral services network. You will ensure data integrity, security, and efficient HR workflows.

The role emphasizes dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support payroll, benefits, and operations, with opportunities to lead system integrations during acquisitions. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HRIS administration experience; UKG Pro preferred.
• Experience with HR systems implementations, upgrades, integrations, and testing.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for HR tech platforms incl. HRIS, payroll, benefits, ATS, onboarding, and LMS.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and approval paths across systems.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across locations.
• Develop dashboards and workforce analytics for HR and finance.
• Lead HR technology integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate data migrations and vendor relations.
