Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst in South Carolina to support HR, benefits, and safety data. You will gather and interpret workforce metrics, produce insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve programs and compliance.

This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy, develop dashboards, and support audits and documentation requests while handling sensitive information discreetly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR, benefits, safety, or analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report workforce metrics (retention, attendance, benefits, safety incidents).
• Develop reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, investigations, and documentation requests with data accuracy.
