Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of human resources systems experience, including Workday HCM, required.
• Exposure to project work or system-related initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in computer science or systems & network administration from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers business requirements with stakeholders and translates them into HRIS configurations, ensuring data integrity and user experience.
• Supports HRIS configurations, integrations/APIs, reports and dashboards, including testing and deployment activities.
• Participates in HR system initiatives and releases, completing tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Ensures accuracy of HR data and generates standard and ad hoc reports for decision making.
• Troubleshoots HRIS issues with partners and service providers; assists with testing and follow-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
