You will collaborate with analytics and HR teams to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions and maintain strong data governance across HR data sources. This hands-on role blends delivery and mentorship with a focus on accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience authoring advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Proven experience delivering technical training or mentoring on Workday reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday data architecture, objects, data sources, and security models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and audit testing.
• Outstanding communication to translate technical concepts into user guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Develop complex calculated fields and multi-dimensional reporting structures.
• Deliver a structured training program to upskill colleagues in Workday reporting.
• Provide hands-on coaching and practical walkthroughs to enable team self-sufficiency.
• Create comprehensive documentation, job aids, and report inventories.
