Job summary

Children’s Institute, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS configuration, integrations, reporting, and dashboards across the HR department.

You will collaborate with the HRIS Director, Senior HRIS Analyst, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Required: 1–3 years HRIS/Workday HCM experience and an Associate’s degree or equivalent in CS or systems & network administration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HRIS experience, including Workday HCM.
• Exposure to projects or system initiatives preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent in CS or systems & network administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into technical HRIS solutions.
• Support configuration, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of HRIS initiatives.
