Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS administration experience; SAP SuccessFactors required.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Ready, or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing.
• Experience in multi-state and global organizations; strong communication and PM skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary SME for UKG Ready, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR technology.
• Configures and optimizes HR system workflows, permissions, and self-service.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for decision making.
• Leads HR system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful deployment.
• Collaborates with leaders to identify process improvements and automation.
• Creates system documentation, training guides, and conducts end-user training.
• Troubleshoots system, data, and user issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Performs data audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supports performance, compensation, talent management, and planning initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
