The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and optimization of TGW's Human Resources Information Systems, including UKG Ready and SAP SuccessFactors. This role serves as the primary technical resource for the HR systems, supporting system configuration and optimization, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations through efficient use of technology. The HRIS Analyst partners closely with global technology teams to ensure enterprise HR technology solutions effectively support and address local HRIS needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HRIS administration, HR Operations, or related systems experience required. SAP SuccessFactors experience required.
