Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to administer UKG Workforce Management and support HR reporting, data analysis, and system improvements. The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and cross-system data validation in payroll and HRIS environments.

You will build dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and train users while contributing to HRIS projects in a fast-paced corporate setting in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HRIS or workforce management systems, including UKG WFM
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookup functions
• Analytical mindset and problem solving for data and payroll accuracy
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain UKG Workforce Management system
• Resolve timekeeping, integrations, and access issues and assess change impacts
• Support upgrades, testing, and rollout of new functionality
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and data metrics for stakeholders
• Validate data across HR, payroll, and workforce systems and reconcile discrepancies
• Train users and document system processes; participate in HRIS projects
