Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to be the primary Paycom administrator, ensuring data integrity and system optimization across a multi-entity organization.

You will collaborate with HR leadership and Payroll to deliver accurate reporting, drive improvements, and provide training on HRIS processes. A 4-year degree and 5+ years HR/HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or HRIS experience, preferably multi-location.
• Hands-on experience with Paycom highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Paycom; configure security, workflows, and access.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, validation, and corrections.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to HR staff and managers.
• Assist with HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and stabilization.
• Develop reports and dashboards; analyze workforce data for insights.
