Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years payroll and HRIS administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
• Experience maintaining employee data and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain employee records in Paycom and ensure data integrity.
• Administer HRIS transactions and generate reports.
• Support onboarding and employee data changes.
• Assist with payroll audits and regulatory compliance.
