Job summary

Anderson Business Advisors is seeking an HRIS Administrator to own Paycom configuration, data integrity, reporting, and system workflows. The role also provides general HR and office support and helps drive culture and engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years HR experience, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, service-oriented approach to employee support in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience with HRIS responsibilities.
• Hands-on Paycom administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Paycom administrator, managing data, workflows, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and perform regular data audits.
• Support HR administration, onboarding, records, and compliance tasks.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Partner with HR to improve processes and data quality.
