Job summary

Gradian is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to administer Paycom and enable end-to-end HR processes across Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and LMS. This role partners with HR and IT to translate strategic goals into practical Paycom configurations, workflows, and self-service experiences.

As a system expert, you will advise functional leaders, maintain data integrity, and support system rollouts while ensuring a seamless employee and manager experience.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience administering an HRIS platform (Paycom preferred).
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple HR modules (performance, recruiting/ATS, payroll, benefits, LMS, ESS/MSS).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; comfortable advising leaders without owning the underlying strategy.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• HRIS System Administration & Data Integrity for Paycom, ensuring accurate configuration across HR data modules.
• Partner with Talent Management to configure performance management, goal planning, succession planning in Paycom.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to configure requisitions, pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
• Work with Payroll & Benefits to ensure seamless pay, deductions, and benefits data.
• Support LMS & survey enablement, including course assignment and reporting.
• Design and implement ESS/MSS functionality and drive user adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR leaders on system configurations and improvements.
