• Experience administering an HRIS, preferably Paycom.
• Strong data integrity and audit skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Ability to translate data into insights for HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Paycom and manage system configurations, security roles, and user access.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, validation, and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide timely support to HR staff and employees.
• Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and stabilization.
• Develop, automate, and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with HR leadership and Payroll to align system functionality with business needs.
• Provide training and guidance on HRIS processes and best practices.
