Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Reading, PA, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the Labor Relations Systems & Analytics Manager in designing, developing, and improving HR systems and processes that support Labor Relations.

The role translates collective bargaining provisions into system requirements and helps shape the strategic roadmap for the Labor Relations System. You will configure HR modules, develop and test scripts, create and distribute reports, provide second‑line support, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; if no degree, equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree: working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
4 years with Associate's Degree + 4 continuous years in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Setup and configuration of HR modules as directed.
Create, review and execute test scripts to verify system functionality after upgrades and patches.
Create and distribute reports within security guidelines and with established procedures.
Provide 2nd level customer support and monitor data integrity.
Assist HRIS project managers with tasks and documentation.
