Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems from our Reading, PA headquarters. This on-site role involves configuring core HRIS setups, producing audits, and delivering end-user training to ensure data integrity and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required (Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field)
• Min of 2 years experience working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS issue resolution process and HR & Payroll processes preferred
• Intermediate level of experience editing report queries and relational DBs like Qlik, Access
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point required
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Configure and update setup tables such as: organizational tables, position profiles, and locations to maintain core setups.
• Address HR Help Desk requests to support our end users and interpret the associate transactional data/processes to fulfill requests.
• Utilize established audits and investigate system performance issues to ensure data integrity.
• Provide general knowledge and training on end-user system usage.
• Execute test scripts to verify system functionality after uploads, enhancements, or upgrades.
• Document and reproduce issues, escalating to the WFS Supervisor when necessary.
• Create and collaborate with BI team to develop audits using existing reports and data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
• Maintaining established security guidelines for reporting on sensitive data.
• Explain current system functionality, document SOPs, and help identify improvements.
• Other projects as assigned by the Manager
