Job summary

Penske is an HRIS Analyst position designed to support the Manager of Labor Relations Systems & Analytics in designing, developing, and improving HR systems that support the Labor Relations function. You will translate collective bargaining provisions into system requirements and help roadmap enhancements to the Labor Relations System (LRS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.
• 2 years of experience with Bachelor's Degree: Working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• 4 years with Associate’s Degree + 4 Continuous years working in a role supporting business systems, including customer support, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Advanced knowledge in understanding systems of record and their data structure.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point

Responsibilities

• Setup and configuration of HR modules, per standard system guidelines and supervisor’s direction.
• Create, review and execute test scripts to verify systems are functioning as expected after, upgrades, patches and bug fixes.
• Creation and distribution of reports. Primarily accomplished through editing existing reports and utilizing established security guidelines.
• 2nd level customer support and monitoring systems for issues and data integrity.
• Provide project support by assisting HRIS project managers with various tasks.
• HR Intranet content management
• User/Configuration/Setup
• SR Incident management
• FP/Jira case management
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
