Job summary

You will develop and maintain SQL databases, query data, map processes, and implement automated solutions to save costs and time, collaborating with HR, Benefits, and ADP to ensure accurate setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business-Related field.
• Strong analytical skills including SQL.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Process mapping experience.
• Report tool knowledge QlikView preferred.
• Proficient use of Excel, Advanced Query Tool, and Access.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to complete Penske employment application, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze tax withholding data for compliance and impact.
• Coordinate HR system updates with associates.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax withholding reports for internal/external stakeholders.
• Support process-improvement initiatives for withholding taxes, garnishments, and union activities.
• Develop and monitor measures for the new workflow system.
• Coordinate with Benefits, Payroll Accounting, and ADP for accurate private insurance setups.
• Maintain and update SQL reports and Access databases.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop automated solutions across multiple apps to save time and costs.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by manager.
