Job summary

ACV Auctions, a technology-driven company in the Buffalo, NY area, is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to support administration, optimization, and integration of ACV's HR technology environment. You will ensure data integrity across HR systems like Dayforce, TalentQuest, and DocuSign, while partnering with business and IT stakeholders on complex configurations and reporting.

The role emphasizes system enhancements, data quality, and timely issue resolution, with a focus on automation and process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, CS, business, information systems, or related field.
Experience supporting, administering, configuring, or developing enterprise HR applications and integrations.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical and functional expertise across HR applications (Dayforce, TalentQuest, Iron Mountain, DocuSign).
Perform complex system configuration, administration, and reporting within HR applications.
Monitor HRIS integrations and data quality across systems.
Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
Develop complex reports, dashboards, and data analyses for HR operations and decision-making.
Lead or support end-user testing for system releases and enhancements.
