Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an Analyst I to support our HRIS environment, maintain employee data, and assist with HR technology projects. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT to implement improvements and ensure accurate data across systems.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or equivalent in a related field, 1+ year HRIS experience (Dayforce preferred), and strong Excel/documentation skills. This is an on-site role in Buffalo, NY, with comprehensive benefits.

• 1+ year(s) supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, HRIS or related processes.
• Experience with HRIS or enterprise HR systems; Dayforce preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to document requirements and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS administration, maintenance, and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, IT to gather requirements.
• Configure and test HR applications like Dayforce and DocuSign.
• Maintain data integrity within HR systems and respond to tickets.
• Develop reports and assist with data analysis for decision making.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials.
• Assist with system upgrades, releases, and security access changes.
