Job summary

Cynosure Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an HRIS professional to develop, implement, and maintain HRIS systems that support employee data, reporting, and HR planning. You will collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure data accuracy and drive system enhancements.

Responsibilities include generating queries and reports, training users, performing system upgrades, and coordinating with MIS/IT and vendors to support integrations. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS experience is preferred.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HRIS to support employee data management and reporting.
• Generate reports and queries to meet HR management needs.
• Train and support HR staff in using HRIS and reports.
• Coordinate with payroll for data retrieval and reporting.
• Work with MIS/IT and vendors on integrations and system improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and respond to inquiries within SLAs.
• Be the liaison for international users and system issues.
