Job summary

The Superior Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support administration, accuracy, security, and reporting of the company’s HRIS platform. You will manage system data and workflows, support reporting and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure the system meets organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and process improvement abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large data sets.
• Bonus: experience with HRIS reporting/analytics using Power BI.
• Bonus: experience with HRIS integrations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Bonus: construction industry experience or supporting a field-based workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HRIS ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Serve as primary contact for HRIS troubleshooting, updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leaves).
• Review data discrepancies to ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Configure HRIS functionality across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics for business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning & Talent Development, and Payroll to improve integrations.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training and resources.
• Support compliance through accurate recordkeeping and data audits.
• Identify and implement HRIS enhancements to support growth.
