Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an HRIS Analyst for our Fort Worth, TX office. This 100% onsite role focuses on Dayforce administration, reporting, and analytics to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required.

You will partner with HR and operations to deliver workforce insights, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity across HR systems. Prior Dayforce configuration experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Dayforce administration and configuration.
• Experience creating Dayforce XML customizations (forms and workflows).
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, complex formulas.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong HR data knowledge: employee lifecycle, comp, benefits, timekeeping.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Dayforce SME across HR modules.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Develop Dayforce XML customizations and workflows.
• Build integrations between Dayforce and third-party systems.
• Create dashboards and reports using Dayforce, Power BI, and Excel.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Conduct HRIS audits for data accuracy and compliance.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and new features.
• Troubleshoot advanced HRIS issues.
• Train end users and HR team on reporting tools.
• Maintain documentation and system specs.
