Children’s National Hospital in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an HR Analyst to support our Human Capital Management system, performing data audits, reporting and analytics, and HRIS administration in support of Human Resources.

Minimum education is a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, Information Systems or related field with 2–3 years of HR experience or HRIS/data analytics experience; salary range and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–3 years operational HR experience or 2–3 years HRIS/data analytics experience.
• Experience with Workday or Oracle HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with system data and analytic inquiries.
• Gather/report requirements and develop/monthly and adhoc reports.
• Support daily administration of Workday and related HR applications.
• Ensure data integrity and security of employee information.
• Provide first-level user support for HRIS systems.
• Assist in creating job aids, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support project coordination and documentation in SharePoint.
