Children’s National Hospital seeks an HR Analyst to manage HRIS data, develop reports, and support Workday/admin tasks. You will collaborate with HR teams to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities, ensuring accurate workforce analytics.

The role emphasizes data governance, system optimization, and cross-functional support to empower our human resources function at a nationally recognized pediatric hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, Information Systems or related field.
• 2-3 years operational HR experience or 2-3 years HRIS/data analytics experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle HCM or similar) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with system-related data and analytic inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, annual and adhoc reports.
• Support daily administration of Workday and other HR applications to improve data integrity.
