Children’s National Hospital in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an HR Analyst to support our Human Capital Management system, performing data audits, reporting and analytics, and HRIS administration in support of Human Resources.

Department 10043 HRIS Pay Range $82,222.40 - $137,051.20 Shift: Day The HR Analyst will be responsible for performing various tasks within our Human Capital Management system, such as data and integration audits, reporting and analytics, functional and system design and administration in support of Human Resources. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR, Information Systems or related field Minimum Work Experience 2-3 years operational experience in Human Resources OR 2-3 years functional experience in HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle HCM or other HRIS/ ERP systems) or data analytics.
Non-Essential Function: Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual’s combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
